Learn more about our Botox and Dermal Filler treatments.
What is this treatment? Botox is a non-surgical cosmetic injectable treatment that temporarily relaxes specific facial muscles to reduce the appearance of fine lines and dynamic wrinkles. It’s derived from a purified form of botulinum toxin type A and has been safely used in aesthetic medicine for decades. It is commonly used for anti-aging purposes and facial rejuvenation.
How does it work? Botox works by blocking the nerve signals to the targeted muscles, preventing them from contracting. This relaxation smooths the overlying skin and softens the appearance of expression lines such as crow’s feet, frown lines, and forehead wrinkles. The injection is administered using a fine needle with precise placement to achieve a natural, refreshed look.
What concerns does it address? • Forehead lines • Glabellar lines (frown lines between eyebrows) • Crow’s feet (lines around the eyes) • Bunny lines (lines on the nose) • Gummy smile • Jaw slimming and teeth grinding • Neck bands • Excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis)
Benefits • Smooths dynamic wrinkles and fine lines • Creates a more youthful and rested appearance • Non-invasive with no surgery required • Quick procedure with minimal downtime • Can be used preventatively to delay signs of aging • Reduces excessive sweating when used medically
What is this treatment? Dermal fillers are injectable treatments used to restore lost volume, smooth lines, soften creases, and enhance facial contours. Composed mainly of hyaluronic acid (a naturally occurring substance in the skin), they offer a non-surgical solution to facial rejuvenation.
How does it work? Dermal fillers are carefully injected beneath the skin’s surface to plump areas with volume loss or wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid attracts and retains moisture, leading to a smoother, fuller, and more youthful appearance. Different filler types and consistencies are used depending on the treatment area and desired outcome.
What concerns does it address? • Loss of facial volume (cheeks, temples) • Fine lines and deep wrinkles (nasolabial folds, marionette lines) • Lip enhancement and definition • Under-eye hollows (tear troughs) • Chin and jawline contouring • Nose reshaping (non-surgical rhinoplasty)
Benefits • Immediate visible results • Minimally invasive with no downtime • Restores youthful contours • Hydrates and plumps skin • Customisable treatment for individual concerns.
Important details about our Dermaplaning and PRP/PRF treatments.
Dermaplaning is a gentle, non-invasive exfoliation treatment that uses a sterile surgical scalpel to remove dead skin cells and fine vellus hair (commonly known as “peach fuzz”) from the surface of the skin. This treatment leaves your skin smooth, radiant, and better able to absorb skincare products.
Your skin is cleansed and prepped. A sterile blade is gently glided across the skin at a 45-degree angle to remove surface debris and hair. The treatment is painless and takes about 30–45 minutes. A hydrating mask or soothing products may be applied post-treatment.
Skin may appear slightly pink or feel tight for a few hours post-treatment. You may notice immediate improvement in skin texture and glow. Makeup will glide on more smoothly and skincare will penetrate better.
Dermaplaning can be done every 4–6 weeks, depending on your skin’s needs and goals. It can also be safely combined with other treatments like facials, chemical peels, or microneedling for enhanced results.
Yes, when performed by a trained professional. However, it may not be suitable for individuals with:
Please inform your practitioner of any relevant medical conditions or current skincare treatments.
Mild redness or sensitivity, Temporary dryness or flaking, Rarely, small nicks or breakouts (particularly in acne-prone skin)
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) are advanced, natural therapies that use your own blood’s platelets and growth factors to stimulate skin regeneration, improve texture, and promote healing. These treatments encourage collagen production, resulting in healthier, rejuvenated skin.
A small amount of blood is drawn from your arm. The blood is then spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma or fibrin. This concentrated plasma/fibrin is injected or applied topically to the treatment area. Growth factors in the PRP/PRF stimulate skin healing and collagen production.
The area to be treated will be cleansed and numbed with a topical anesthetic. The PRP/PRF will be injected or applied depending on the treatment plan. The procedure usually lasts between 30-60 minutes. Mild discomfort, redness, or swelling may occur but typically subsides quickly.
Mild redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection site, Temporary tenderness or discomfort, Rare risk of infection (minimized by sterile technique), Rare chance of temporary discoloration or rash
Please inform us if you have any of the following conditions:
Initial improvements may be visible within 1-2 weeks, Collagen stimulation and skin improvement typically develop over 4-6 weeks, Multiple sessions (usually 3-4) spaced 4-6 weeks apart may be recommended for optimal results, Results vary depending on individual skin condition and lifestyle factors

• A “tight” sensation that can last a few days
These effects are usually temporary and resolve without intervention.
What is IPL Skin Rejuvenation? IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) Skin Rejuvenation is a non-invasive treatment that uses broad-spectrum light to target pigmentation, redness, sun damage, and other signs of ageing. The light penetrates beneath the skin’s surface to break down pigment and stimulate collagen production, resulting in a clearer, more even, and youthful complexion.
What Can IPL Treat? • Sun damage and age spots • Hyperpigmentation and melasma • Rosacea and facial redness • Broken capillaries and spider veins • Uneven skin tone and dullness • Enlarged pores and fine lines • Acne-related redness or pigmentation
How Does IPL Work? • Light energy is absorbed by melanin (pigment) and haemoglobin (blood vessels) in the skin. • This causes the pigment or blood vessel to break down and be naturally removed by the body. • IPL also heats the dermis to stimulate new collagen formation and skin renewal. • A course of treatments leads to a brighter, smoother, and more balanced complexion.
What to Expect During Treatment • You’ll be given protective eyewear. • A cooling gel may be applied to the skin for comfort. • The IPL handpiece is applied in short pulses; you may feel a mild snapping or warmth. • Sessions typically take 20–45 minutes depending on the area treated.
After Treatment • Mild redness, warmth, or swelling may occur (like a mild sunburn) and generally subsides within 24–48 hours. • Pigmented areas may darken temporarily before flaking off within 5–7 days. • Avoid heat, sun exposure, and strong skincare products during healing.
Aftercare Instructions • Avoid sun exposure and use SPF 30+ daily for at least 4 weeks post-treatment • Refrain from hot showers, exercise, saunas, or steam rooms for 24–48 hours • Do not pick or scrub flaking or peeling skin • Use gentle, non-active skincare for 5–7 days • Avoid retinoids, exfoliants, and peels until the skin fully heals
How Many Sessions Will I Need? • A course of 3–6 treatments spaced 3–4 weeks apart is recommended for best results • Maintenance treatments every 6–12 months may help preserve results • You will notice gradual improvement with each session
Is IPL Safe for Me? IPL is generally safe for light to medium skin tones. It may not be suitable if you: • Have darker skin (Fitzpatrick type V–VI) due to risk of pigmentation changes • Are pregnant or breastfeeding • Have active infections, open wounds, eczema, or rosacea flare-ups in the area • Are using photosensitising medications or retinoids • Have recently used tanning beds or self-tanners • Have a history of keloid scarring or certain skin conditions
Your practitioner will perform a patch test and full consultation before your first treatment.
Possible Side Effects • Redness and swelling (typically short-lived) • Temporary darkening of pigmented spots before they fade • Rare blistering, scabbing, or hyper/hypopigmentation (usually resolves with proper aftercare) • Increased sensitivity to sunlight
What is LED Light Therapy? LED (Light Emitting Diode) Light Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive skin treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to target various skin concerns. It works by stimulating natural cellular processes to rejuvenate and heal the skin. Unlike lasers or IPL, LED therapy does not use heat and is safe for all skin types.
What Does LED Therapy Treat? Different coloured lights are used for different skin concerns: • 🔵 Blue Light (415 nm): Targets acne-causing bacteria to reduce breakouts and inflammation. • 🔴 Red Light (633 nm): Stimulates collagen production and increases circulation for anti-ageing, healing, and general rejuvenation. • 🟢 Green Light: Reduces pigmentation, sun spots, and evens out skin tone. • 🟣 Purple Light: Combines red and blue light to help repair acne-damaged skin and stimulate renewal. • ⚪ White/Near-Infrared Light: Penetrates deepest to reduce inflammation, relieve sensitivity, and promote wound healing.
How Does It Work? • Light energy is absorbed into the skin cells and converted to cellular energy (ATP). • This boosts cell metabolism, promotes healing, and enhances collagen and elastin production. • Regular sessions can improve overall skin health, clarity, and radiance.
What to Expect During Treatment • You’ll relax comfortably while a light panel is positioned close to your skin. • Sessions last 20–30 minutes. • The treatment is painless, with no downtime — some clients find it soothing and relaxing. • It may be used as a stand-alone treatment or in combination with facials, microneedling, or peels.
Aftercare Instructions • No special aftercare is required. • Avoid strong actives (e.g. retinoids, AHA/BHA) for 12 hours if the skin is sensitive. • Continue your usual skincare and apply SPF daily. • Stay hydrated and follow your treatment plan for best results.
How Many Sessions Are Needed? • A course of 6–10 treatments, performed 1–2 times per week, is recommended for optimal results. • Maintenance sessions every 2–4 weeks help sustain results. • Results are cumulative and improve over time.
Is LED Therapy Safe for Me? LED is safe for all skin types and tones and is suitable for people with: • Acne or blemish-prone skin • Rosacea, sensitivity, or inflammation • Ageing skin or early signs of fine lines • Dull, dehydrated, or tired-looking skin • Post-treatment healing (e.g. after peels or microneedling)
However, LED therapy is not recommended if you: • Have epilepsy or a history of seizures triggered by light • Are taking photosensitising medications • Have a known sensitivity to light • Have open wounds or active infections in the treatment area
A consultation and medical history will be taken prior to treatment.
Possible Side Effects • Very rare and usually minimal • Mild redness or temporary sensitivity in some cases • Eye protection will be provided during treatment to avoid discomfort

Safe, Long-Term Reduction of Unwanted Hair
What is Laser Hair Removal?
Laser Hair Removal is a non-invasive treatment that uses focused light energy to target and destroy hair follicles, significantly reducing unwanted hair growth. It provides long-lasting results, smoother skin, and fewer ingrown hairs compared to shaving, waxing, or depilatory creams.
How Does It Work?
• The laser emits light that is absorbed by melanin (pigment) in the hair shaft.
• The light is converted into heat, damaging the follicle and inhibiting future growth.
• The treatment works best when the hair is in the anagen (active growth) phase.
What Areas Can Be Treated?
Laser hair removal can be used on nearly any area of the body, including:
• Face (upper lip, chin, cheeks, jawline)
• Underarms
• Arms and legs
• Bikini line and Brazilian area
• Back, chest, and shoulders
• Abdomen and neck
What to Expect During Treatment
• A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before your first session.
• The area will be cleansed and shaved before treatment.
• You may feel a slight snapping sensation, similar to a rubber band against the skin.
• A cooling system may be used to improve comfort.
• Sessions typically take 15–60 minutes, depending on the area.
Aftercare Instructions
• Avoid sun exposure and always wear SPF 30+ on exposed treated areas.
• Do not wax, pluck, or thread hair in between treatments — only shave.
• Avoid hot baths, saunas, steam rooms, and vigorous exercise for 24–48 hours.
• Avoid using retinols, acids, or perfumed products on the area for 2–3 days.
• Apply soothing aloe vera or a gentle moisturiser to calm the skin.
• Redness and mild swelling (like goosebumps) may occur and usually subside within 24–48 hours.
How Many Treatments Will I Need?
• 6–8 sessions are typically recommended, spaced 4–6 weeks apart for the body and 2–4 weeks for the face.
• Maintenance sessions may be required every 6–12 months, depending on individual hair growth.
• Results vary depending on hair colour, skin type, and hormonal influences.

The “Barbie Arms” treatment is a trending aesthetic use of Botox designed to slim the appearance of the upper arms, specifically by relaxing the triceps muscle. It creates a more tapered, feminine silhouette—ideal for clients looking to improve the aesthetic of their arms without surgery.
“Barbie Arms” Botox involves injecting botulinum toxin type A into the triceps muscles to reduce bulkiness and subtly contour the arms. This treatment does not reduce fat but instead works by relaxing overactive muscles, leading to a slimmer, more toned appearance over time.
Botox temporarily blocks nerve signals to the triceps muscles, reducing their strength and size through disuse atrophy. The treatment is most effective in clients with mild muscle bulk, and visible results build gradually over several weeks.
Botox for Shoulder Slimming (Trapezius Botox / “Shoulder Tox”)
Botox injections in the trapezius muscle, commonly referred to as “Shoulder Tox” or trapezius slimming, are an increasingly popular treatment aimed at creating a longer, more elegant neckline and slimmer shoulder profile—aesthetic goals especially sought after in fashion, aesthetics, and bridal prep.
What Is This Treatment?
This non-surgical treatment uses botulinum toxin (e.g., Botox, Azzalure, Dysport) injected into the upper trapezius muscles to relax and reduce muscle bulk, resulting in softer, less bulky shoulders and a refined neckline.
How Does It Work?
Botox temporarily blocks the nerve signals to the trapezius muscle, reducing contraction strength. Over time, this leads to muscle atrophy (shrinkage) and a less prominent shoulder line.

Endo Laser treatment—a cutting-edge, non-surgical procedure designed to tighten and rejuvenate the skin while contouring the face and body. If you are looking for a minimally invasive solution to sagging skin, excess fat, and loss of elasticity, Endo laser could be the perfect treatment for you.
What is Endo laser lift?
Endo laser lift is an advanced laser-assisted treatment that stimulates collagen production, tightens loose skin, and reduces excess fat without the need for surgery or downtime. Using ultra-fine optical fibres inserted under the skin, the Endo laser precisely targets areas that need lifting and firming, resulting in a more youthful and sculpted appearance.
How Does Endo Laser Work?
Endo laser works by utilising a specially designed low-level laser that is delivered through ultra-thin optical fibres. These fibres, as thin as a human hair, are carefully inserted into the superficial layers of the skin without the need for incisions. The laser energy emitted by the fibres heats the targeted tissues, stimulating collagen production, melting localised fat deposits, and contracting the skin fibres.
The process occurs in the following steps:
Endo laser can be customised to varying depths and intensities, depending on the specific needs of the patient. Whether treating fine wrinkles, deeper sagging, or localised fat deposits, the procedure is highly targeted and effective without the need for invasive surgery.
Benefits of Endo laser
Areas That Can Be Treated
Endo Laser lift is a versatile treatment that can target multiple areas, including:
Endo laser Before and After
Curious about the results? Endo laser lift before and after photos showcase the incredible transformation achieved with this treatment. You can expect firmer, smoother skin with natural-looking results that improve over time.
How long does Endo laser lift last?
The results of Endo laser are long-lasting, with effects typically visible for up to 2-3 years. As collagen production continues, the skin remains firmer and more youthful-looking over time. Regular maintenance sessions can help prolong the results.
Endo Laser Lift Cost
The Endo laser lift cost varies depending on the treatment area and the number of sessions required. During your consultation, our experts will provide a tailored treatment plan with a transparent price breakdown.
Endo Laser Lift Side Effects
Endo laser lift is a safe procedure with minimal side effects. Some patients may experience mild redness, swelling, or bruising, which typically subsides within a few days. There is no significant downtime, allowing you to return to your daily activities quickly.
What to Expect During the Treatment
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia to ensure comfort. A micro-optical fiber is inserted under the skin, delivering laser energy to stimulate collagen and dissolve fat. The session typically lasts 30 to 60minutes, depending on the treatment area.
Recovery & Results
One of the biggest advantages of Endo laser is the minimal downtime. Patients may experience slight redness or swelling, which usually subsides within a few hours to a few days. The results start to appear gradually, with full effects visible in 3 to 6 months, as the skin naturally rejuvenates and tightens. Endolift results are impressively long-lasting, typically enduring from 2 to 5 years, depending on individual skin conditions, lifestyle choices, and ageing processes. Adopting good skincare habits, avoiding excessive sun exposure, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle can further prolong these youthful results.
